Andi cotton seersucker embroidered top white

This is an exquisite blouse especially with the embroidered details. My mother did lots of hand embroidery & smocking as a profession & taught me how to embroider so I know the hard work that goes into producing these & many other designs. If carefully washed in a hand wash cycle & line dried it doesn't need ironing especially as the fabric would iron out the seersucker material. The dresses & coats in this fabric are also outstanding.
