Due to the natural content of our fabrics, the vast majority of our range is washable at home!

We strongly recommend reading the care label inside your NRBY garment before washing.

We urge special care to be taken with velvet and suede styles as these are Dry Clean ONLY.

Velvet can be easily refreshed with a steam without the need for washing!

Suede should be brushed as an alternative to cleaning.

In general we recommend washing once every 5 wears to maintain fit. Limiting unnecessary washing helps reduce water wastage, better for your clothes and better for the planet!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I needed this top for my birthday and had left very little time to order it and get it to me as it was just after Christmas.

I called the shop as I knew the delivery time on the website wouldn't reach me in time. The lady I spoke with (sadly I didn't get her name) could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to call the warehouse and managed to arrange for the top to be sent to me by next day delivery.

I hugely appreciate the effort she went to. It is really wonderful to speak with such a helpful person who did their very best and. achieved the top arriving in time.
