Outstanding customer service

I live abroad and had a sizing issue with this coat which I originally received as a gift. The team (Gail!) were AMAZING and went above and beyond to help me switch it to the right size. I now am a proud owner of this beautiful coat in the right size and I love it. Amazing quality and a great fit, thank you!!

(Re sizing, I have a small, I’m a size 10 and it’s a snug fit. If you are a ‘top end’ of a 10 you might consider a M if you want a bit more room underneath)
